Miss Kristin and I grew up in the same small town. We went to the same school and even worked with each other during college. Though it wasn't until a couple of summers ago, that we reconnected.


Life for both of us looks a bit different these days! We're both married and running after our kids all day which can make it hard to find time to get together. But when Kristin shared the big news that she's within a few pounds from a HUGE milestone weight loss victory, I knew we had to schedule some time. 


Through lifestyle change, diet, exercise, and the love, support, and encouragement of her family, Kristin has (almost) lost a jaw-dropping 100LBS!!! The strength and willpower of this woman is truly inspiring!! With any goal, there are setbacks, but Kristin has pushed through!
