As an only child, I always dreamed of having a big family. I never knew just how lucky I would be to someday marry into one!

Spending time with these two, you'd never think they have been married for over 31 years. Ted and Kathy have the same silly, playful attitudes as newlyweds!! I was introduced to this beautiful couple almost 11 years ago when my then-boyfriend brought me home to meet his dad and stepmom. Little did I know then that soon after, I would be introduced to not one, not two, but FIVE siblings! My dream of a big family actually came true! My husband is from a blended family in which a roadmap is necessary to explain who belongs to whom. However, you'd never know it from talking to Ted and Kathy. To them, each and every one of their children (and 14 grandchildren!) is naturally theirs. Together Ted and Kathy created a home filled with faith and love that has withheld the test of time! 

It was an absolute honor to capture portraits of these two love birds. This season in their life is slower than the earlier days of their marriage however, their love for each other is stronger than ever!
