There’s something incredibly special about photographing a love story that’s spanned nearly a lifetime! Lori and Kieran’s journey began in 2004 when they were just five years old, with Lori riding her new bike down the block to explore Kieran’s family’s lot, where they played hide-and-seek around the half-built house. That day sparked a friendship, and over the years, it grew into the love they share today. From attending the 8th-grade dance together, surviving long-distance college years, and finally making a home in Orlando, their story is filled with meaningful moments.

When it came time to propose, Kieran knew it had to be something as memorable as their journey together. Since both Lori and Kieran are avid National Park explorers, each with their own National Park Passport booklets, Kieran planned a beautiful proposal at Biscayne National Park. There, he surprised Lori with a custom “stamp” for her passport, shaped like her engagement ring and engraved with their names, date, and location. As she looked down at the stamp, Kieran asked her to marry him—and she said yes in the heart of one of their favorite places!

Our engagement session at Morton Arboretum was filled with the same joy and love that’s been part of their story from the beginning. Lori and Kieran, thank you for letting me be part of these moments. I loved getting to know you both even more and can’t wait for your wedding day to capture the next chapter in your adventure.

So snuggle up, and get ready—your sneak peek is live!

Lori and Kieran, thank you so much for having me capture this special chapter in your story! I had such a fun time with you both, and I can’t wait to share your full gallery in the coming weeks!
